The Agrium Advanced Technologies' (AAT) Ultra Yield team consists of CCA accredited sales staff who understand the specialty ag business and customer needs.

We provide research and agronomic training, continued support of state/provincial association(s) and annual customer training events.

Ron Restum, General Manager, Reese Micronutrients Operations, has been with Agrium Advanced Technologies and its predecessor companies since 1979. He started his agricultural career in California after graduating from Western Michigan University with a BBA in Management.

Ron assumed his current position as General Manger of AAT’s Reese Micronutrient Operations in 1996 after transferring back home from California.

Ron has many years in the sales and marketing of specialty products including granular and liquid micronutrients, foliar nutrition, turf and professional products, and surfactants.

Ron is a Certified Crop Advisor as well as an executive board member of the Michigan Agri-Business Association and Vice President of the Micronutrient Fertilizer Association of Canada.
